WATER TESTING KIT

Structure:

The kit appears to consist of a blue plastic case with several components:

• Test vials: These are likely transparent vials used to hold water samples for testing.
• Reagents: Bottles containing chemical solutions (OTO and Phenol Red) used for testing chlorine and pH levels, respectively.

    2. Add 4 drops of OTO solution.
    3. Cap and shake the vial.
    4. Compare the color with the chlorine scale.
  • Ideal chlorine level: Between 1.0 and 1.5.
• pH Test (Hydrogen):
  • Reagent: Phenol Red solution
  • Procedure:
    1. Fill the test vial with a water sample.
    2. Add 4 drops of Phenol Red solution.
    3. Cap and shake the vial.
    4. Compare the color with the pH scale.
  • Ideal pH level: Between 7.2 and 7.6.
